  • Colotech A/S is owned by the Actavis Group and Raskov Holding ApS. Actavis Group now owns 88% of Colotech. 

  • In the initial phase Colotech A/S has received financial support from The Danish Growth Fund and Symbion Science Park

  • Colotech A/S has subscribed share capital concurrent with the scientific development of the first project within colorectal cancer

  • The commitment of Actavis Group will allow the company to finalize the current Phase III trial of the companys first product and to develop several new products in the pipeline
